Responsibilities include:

• Providing support to the organisation of research related events and activities

• Providing assistance to the Head of Research in conducting literature review, data collection, data analysis, summarising findings and publication of research

• Assisting in designing surveys and questionnaires

• Maintaining accurate records of interviews/surveys, and safeguarding confidentiality of subjects

• Contributing to the overall research process

• Performing other duties as assigned

• Proficient knowledge in using SPSS or other data analysis software

• Multi-tasking ability

• Proficient technical skills

• Desire to perform accurate and ethical research in helping the HK Sikh community

• Ability to learn and comprehend new knowledge

• Past research experience (designing surveys, carrying out data collection) is preferred

• Can agree to at least a 1-year commitment (weekly commitment of 6-8 hours required)
